Room Rentals and Reservations

Now is a great time to reserve Center meeting space for your club meetings, other group meetings, special events and/or board meetings. Groups are encouraged to reserve early. The demand is high on some days and during some months. Early scheduling will prevent disappointments.

We have both one time and ongoing space rentals available and different pricing for not-for-profit groups and for-profit groups. Prices for ongoing room rentals are the lowest in the area and now, even lower than before: not-for-profit rates for use of a one-hour meeting room are $20. per hour. Most groups average at least 10 members, so that's less than $2.00 per person! Special pricing and arrangements are available for youth and senior groups who wish to utilize the Main Center space (the senior space is free to senior groups).

Charging these small fees is one way of paying our expenses to keep the lights on, pay the phone bills, pay for cleaning, and make sure the mortgage is paid. However, we are committed to working with any group who needs space but is, for some reason, temporarily unable to meet the fee. Our development department will work to locate other donors and groups who may be willing to help make up the difference.

Facilities at The Center are made available to all community and public groups endorsing our Mission. The Center's space rental policies, rates and applications are available as a pdf document: PDF IconClick here for the Room Rental Policy and Agreement in PDF format.
