Nations of the Four Directions
email: kumeyaayindian@hotmail.com
Nations of the 4 Directions is a Native American support group for San Diego's urban and reservation LGBITQ community. The group currently does not have regular meetings but meets at various times of the year for tribal events as well as just getting together to discuss issues affecting our community. The leader of the group Karen Vigneault can be reached anytime by contacting her at kumeyaayindian@hotmail.com or (619) 517-9027. Nations of the 4 Directions marches every year in the SD Pride Parade and is always looking for more Native Americans to march. Every July, Nations of the 4 Directions produces a retreat for Native lesbians to unite, discuss issues affecting our community and have sweats.
