Thursday, April 25
On the last Thursday in April each year, thousands of San Diegans Dine Out to Fight AIDS.  Dining Out for Life® is an international fundraising event involving the generous participation of restaurants throughout the country. Restaurants and bars across San Diego pledge to donate 25-100% of that day’s food and liquor sales to benefit HIV/AIDS services and prevention programs at The Center. Harvey Milk Diversity Breakfast

The Harvey Milk Diversity Breakfast is designed to bring together more than 1,000 diverse San Diegans – business, labor, Democrats, Republicans, all communities, all ages, all San Diegans who support equality and justice – to celebrate the memory of this influential civil rights activist.

Happy Birthday Frida (Pachanga de Frida)

Each year we celebrate the birthday of Frida Kahlo, commemorating the legendary life of one of the most influential Mexican painters of the mid-twentieth century while enjoying live music multiple art exhibits by local Latin@ artists and vendors, a Frida look-a-like contest, great food and Tequila! AIDS Walk San Diego

Sunday, Sept. 29
More than a dozen different agencies — serving thousands of clients — rely on funds raised at the annual AIDS Walk to help provide essential prevention and care programs to thousands of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS. Through a unique funding partnership with the San Diego HIV Funding Collaborative, AIDS Walk San Diego is able to increase the impact of the dollars raised at the event. Funds from the Walk are combined with donations from other philanthropists and foundations to qualify for matching funds, which are distributed to local HIV/AIDS service providers. 40th Anniversary Gala!

The Center’s Gala brings together hundreds of our closest friends and partners for equality at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront for a delightful evening of dinner and dancing in support of our vital health and human rights programs. Nightmare on Normal Street

Nightmare on Normal Street, Hillcrest’s Halloween block party, will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 7-10 pm on Normal Street at University Avenue. The Outrageous Nicole returns as emcee for the fabulous costume contest. The grand prize will be $1000 – don’t miss it! Costume contest registration is limited to the first 66 entries and will close promptly at 8:30 pm. Join us for the biggest Halloween party in Hillcrest and support The Center! This is a 21+ event with adult content. ID is required.
